Steven Tabacek President & CEO, and Chairman of the Board
Steven founded IT-Lifeline in 2002 after more than two decades engineering and managing
high-value IT continuity systems in government and financial services. Steven brings technical engineering skills,
business integration, and financial considerations of implementing effective
business continuation strategies. He has grown IT-Lifeline from a single-service outsourced
data backup service provider to the largest full-service business continuity and recovery center
in the Northwest.
James C. Sandford Director & COO and VP Business Development
Jim is responsible for overall operations and strategic development and the growth of IT-Lifeline’s general business development. Over the last 18 years he established successful insurance-based administration companies around the world. Jim’s experience ranges from insurance underwriting, claims administration and risk analysis to market research and development. His background in risk analysis and business continuity provides valuable insight into customer liabilities and exposures.
Jon Eliassen Director
Jon was the President and CEO of the Spokane Area Economic Development Council. Prior to the EDC, he served 16 years at Avista Corp as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He was a key executive team member and served as a strategy and financial resource to the CEO and Board of Directors. Throughout his 33 year career at Avista, Jon was a visionary leader of initiatives relating to corporate strategy, business development, communications, financial policy, corporate finance, and state and federal regulatory strategy.
Rob Neilson Director
Rob joined Itron in 1983 and served as Chief Operating Officer, VP Strategy & Development, and VP of Marketing. He was named President in 2001 and was elected to the Board of Directors in 2002. Under Rob's leadership Itron grew from a regional, limited-product company to a global-market corporation with a diverse line of hardware, software and services. Rob retired from Itron and founded Lopu, LLC, a consulting and investment management company.
Cordell Schroeder Director
Cordell has over 20 years of experience in the Information Management Industry. For the past 10 years he was a senior executive at Iron Mountain (IRM), most recently Vice President of Account Management North America. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Iron Mountain’s Off-Site Data Protection Division, with primary responsibility for Iron Mountain’s move into the online managed service business. Other positions he held with Iron Mountain included Vice President Operations Service & Support and Vice President of Marketing.
