Matthew Gerber Chief Executive Officer
Matt is a 20 year technology industry veteran with extensive global business development experience. Prior to joining IT-Lifeline Matt was President and CEO at SprayCool, a leader in advanced direct liquid cooling for electronics. Before joining SprayCool Matt served in various senior executive roles at Itronix, a global leader in the mission critical wireless mobile computing industry. In addition to the IT-Lifeline Board, Matt currently sits on several company and non-profit Boards.

Brandon Tanner VP Sales and Marketing
Brandon is a successful entrepreneur and corporate executive with a technology background that spans software, hardware, and service solutions for business and government. He co-founded APerfectWeb, which was successfully acquired in 2004 by artificial intelligence software company Next IT. He was a member of the Senior Management team at SprayCool where his focus was business development and marketing.

Ben Cozza VP Client Services
Ben leads a team of engineers responsible for all infrastructure and data center operations at IT-Lifeline. He has 11 years experience within the manufacturing and financial sectors providing technical and computer operations experience. Ben's experience includes engineering lead positions with the Information Services Department of Olivetti North America followed by the technical lead positions within the finance/banking sector.

Chris Ericksen Controller
Chris has over 20 years experience in corporate financial and IT management. His focus has been in small-to-medium sized and rapidly growing private companies. His experience includes, accounting and reporting, product costing, cost management, budgeting and financial planning, equity and debt structuring and directing overall corporate financial and IT policies.

James C. Sandford VP Business Development
Jim is responsible for overall operations and strategic development and the growth of IT-Lifeline's general business development. Over the last 18 years he established successful insurance-based administration companies around the world. Jim's experience ranges from insurance underwriting, claims administration and risk analysis to market research and development. His background in risk analysis and business continuity provides valuable insight into customer liabilities and exposures.
